What we do

Subcontract and project management

Coordination and oversight of subcontractors on EPC projects, with technical, cost, and schedule control. Includes planning and control, quality, health, safety, and environmental management, risk management and regulatory compliance, and resource and cost optimization.

Greater control, traceability, and efficiency in execution.
02

Independent second technical opinion

Independent analysis for critical investment and execution decisions: technical and economic feasibility assessment before committing capital, review of designs and schedules proposed by contractors, and comparative analysis of bids in tender processes.

Decisions backed by senior judgment, free of conflicts of interest with contractors or suppliers.

Expert assessment and technical support in EPC disputes

Impartial assessments, technical reports, and supporting documentation in contractual disputes: analysis of clauses under FIDIC and NEC frameworks, identification of deviations from contracted scope, and translation of the technical problem into an argument legal teams can use.

A stronger negotiating position and reduced financial and reputational exposure.
04

Technical audits for companies and institutions

Comprehensive audits of industrial projects in energy, oil, gas, and infrastructure, assessing quality, safety, and operational compliance. Methodology based on international standards — ISO, API, IEC, ASME — with field inspection, document review, and technical interviews.

Objective, verifiable findings, with prioritized, actionable recommendations.
02

Situations where an outside perspective changes the outcome

  • Before approving investment in a project, when the technical and financial assumptions were prepared by the developer itself.
  • When a contractor submits a design and schedule that must be approved without the time or in-house team to audit them.
  • When a board needs to be shown the case for investing in the modernization of critical assets.
  • When bids in a tender aren't comparable to one another, and the price difference doesn't account for the difference in scope.
